Shipping & Returns
Panna PRINT works directly with USPS to ship all of our orders. USPS matches your order with the best possible shipping options in order to ensure the best possible price and time frame.
Once your order moves from processing to shipment (normally after 24 hours), your product can not be changed, modified, or canceled. Shipping normally takes 2-7 days. For special orders that requires different shipping options, please contact us using our live chat.
Return & Exchange Policy
Panna PRINT is a print on demand service powered by Panna ONE. We do not currently allow any returns or exchanges unless there is a specific issue that was created within our production. This does not include any design or purchasing issues that are customer error.
